Email Notifications

How our emails work

Creditável uses ActiveCampaign to send emails to users who have opted in to receive updates from our portal. Our emails typically include financial tips, investment insights, credit card guides, and updates about new articles published on the website.

If you are receiving our emails, it is because you chose to receive them at some point — either by signing up through our website or by providing your email through one of our forms or registration flows. We do not add anyone to our list without explicit consent.

How to unsubscribe from Creditável emails

If you no longer wish to receive our emails, the process is quick and straightforward:

  1. Open any email you have received from Creditável
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email
  3. Look for the “Unsubscribe” link — it is present in every email we send
  4. Click the link — you will be redirected to a confirmation page
  5. Confirm your unsubscription on that page
  6. Done — you will no longer receive emails from Creditável

Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for the change to fully take effect across our systems. If you receive one or two more emails after unsubscribing, there is no need to worry — they were already scheduled before your request was processed.

If you are having trouble finding the unsubscribe link or the process is not working as expected, contact us directly at [email protected] and we will remove you from our list manually.


Push Notifications

How our push notifications work

Creditável uses Pushnews to send push notifications directly to your browser or mobile device. These notifications are short messages that appear on your screen — even when you are not actively browsing our website — with updates about new content published on Creditável.

If you are receiving these notifications, it is because at some point while visiting our website, your browser displayed a prompt asking whether you’d like to receive notifications, and you selected “Allow.” This is a standard browser feature, and your permission can be revoked at any time.

How to turn off push notifications

The steps to disable push notifications vary depending on the browser and device you are using. Follow the instructions that match your situation:


On Desktop — Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer
  2. Click the padlock icon (🔒) located to the left of the website address in your browser bar
  3. A small dropdown menu will appear — find “Notifications”
  4. Change the setting from “Allow” to “Block”
  5. Done — Chrome will no longer display notifications from Creditável

On Desktop — Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox on your computer
  2. Click the padlock icon to the left of the address bar
  3. Click on “Connection Secure”, then select “More Information”
  4. A new window will open — go to the “Permissions” tab
  5. Find “Send Notifications” and check the “Block” option
  6. Close the window — Firefox will no longer show notifications from Creditável

On Desktop — Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge on your computer
  2. Click the padlock icon to the left of the address bar
  3. Select “Permissions for this site”
  4. Find “Notifications” and change the setting to “Block”
  5. Done — Edge will no longer display notifications from Creditável

On Mobile — Android

  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Tap “Apps” and find the browser you use (Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet, etc.)
  3. Tap “Notifications”
  4. Find Creditável or Pushnews in the list and toggle notifications off
  5. Done — your Android device will no longer receive notifications from Creditável

On Mobile — iOS (iPhone or iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Scroll down and tap the browser app you use (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
  3. Tap “Notifications”
  4. Toggle off “Allow Notifications”
  5. Done — your iPhone or iPad will no longer receive notifications from Creditável

Still receiving notifications?

If you have followed the steps above and are still receiving push notifications, it is possible that notifications are enabled in more than one browser on your device. We recommend checking all browsers you have installed and repeating the steps above for each one.
