4.2. Creditável provides links and/or redirects the User to other sites, where the User may contract services and/or acquire products from the respective companies, without any interference from Creditável.

4.3. When redirected to the website page of the company advertised on the site, the User must read carefully and expressly agree to the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy of the advertised company.

4.4. Creditável has no responsibility (a) for the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy of the advertised companies; (b) for the information of the advertised services and/or products; (c) for the services and/or products eventually offered and/or contracted by the advertised companies.

These General Terms and Conditions of Use must be read and interpreted together with the Privacy Policy, and both are governed by the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil, mainly by the Federal Constitution, Civil Code, Consumer Protection Code, General Law of the Civil Framework of the Internet, and the General Data Protection Law.

7.2. All matters concerning the interpretation, compliance, or any other question related to these General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, the parties expressly agree and waive any other venue and submit to the jurisdiction of the District of Recife, State of Pernambuco.
